Dear Parents,
We are getting excited as we begin preparations for PreK Field Day on Friday, March 27th. Our PreK Field Day will be held on the St. Anastasia Soccer Field again this year. We are hoping the weather will cooperate for this super fun event. If you would like to assist, please stay posted for the volunteer Sign Up Genius link coming by email and on this blog site later this week. Those parents who actively supervise activities and/or send in supplies will be able to earn volunteer hours. Please remember, if you are unable to assist you are still invited to attend!
On Field Day, we will warm up by taking a lap or two around the soccer field. After our “warm-up”, the children will participate in four fun activities. Of course we will take a few snack and water breaks too. The children may wear play clothes, such as shorts and T-shirts, with tennis shoes or sneakers. No crocs or sandals please! If you would like your child to wear sunscreen, please remember to apply it at home. Unfortunately, we will not be able to apply sunscreen at school. We are looking forward to a fun action packed morning!
We are in need of paper towels to clean our tables at snack and lunch time and tissues for runny noses. Thank you in advance for any donations you may be able to send in to school.
Thank you for the generous donations to the Pregnancy Care Center’s “Baby Boutique.” We will be collecting items until Friday, March 13th.
Suggestions include: diapers, baby wipes, pacifiers, “Onesies”, bibs, washcloths, baby towels, baby shampoo, baby wash, plastic baby bottles, burp cloths, socks, receiving blankets, baby clothing
